Leslie Abston has a Doctorate in Business Administration from Argosy University. Leslie has lectured at California State University, Long Beach, CA., College of Business Administration. He holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelors Degree in Behavioral Science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, California. 

With over 25 years of experience in Organizational Management, Marketing, and Sales, Leslie has held key roles at The Equitable Assurance Co., Levitz Furniture, The Los Angeles Times, Security Pacific Bank, and Verizon (formerly GTE). Additionally, Leslie has extensive experience in the Human Services Industry. Currently, he is the president and founder of AbstonConsulting HRMS, based in Apple Valley, California.
